I have had numerous problems with Globat over the past year. When signing up, one of their sales people had made a bunch of promises and then didn’t follow through with applying them. Had had to jump through hoops and repeatedly provide documentation of our conversations (which I’m thankful I saved.) Several months after signing up we had registration problems with one of our sites and billing problems. April/May of this year they did some migrations which caused huge problems for us and they were slow to help us and resolve the issues. Our website couldn’t be updated and wouldn’t show current data that was loaded to their servers for over 3 weeks. Then we had problems with one of our business e-mail addresses that quit working for over TWO weeks. We rely on current data on our website and receiving e-mails from our clients to run our business and were crippled for weeks because of their lack of help. After I had just had enough, I had decided to cancel our service with them and move to a more reliable host and just get a refund for the remainder of our term. After again waiting about 2 weeks and jumping through hoops to get a response, they say they will not refund us any money per their policy. Their policy does not say they WON’T refund your money. It also may be of note the number of reports on Globat at ripoffreport.com. I wish we had seen these before deciding on this company. BEWARE and I would caution against paying for too many months in advance! (I also didn’t realize how slow their servers were until we moved our hosting to another company. Our website runs much faster now.)

This is one of the cool services offered. I really appreciate their efforts. The support team is good and the offers are awesome. Everything is unlimited here. But i hope these will remain for a short period. The price is very much reasonable. So this can be considered as a best alternative for many of the expensive hosting solutions. The shopping cart and site builder is a good option to explore with.

Globat is best. I used to have a site hosted at xxxxxx and was very disappointed in their customer service. Talk about being considered a number. When I contact Globat they are very responsive to all of my questions or concerns. I have been hosting with them for a while now.

I first signed up with Globat and I was a little uneasy about it at first. We had just had a bad hosting experience at xxxxxx and decided to make the necessary move since our site was down so much. Are we ever glad we made the change to Globat. Their server is much faster than the old host and they have a really easy to use control panel. I used to need to contact the old host’s support for several things and now I can do a lot of that through their command console.

We have a non-profit website for disadvantage inner-city kids and have been using Globat and their website builder for about 7 months now. We like how the builder is easy to use. The one complaint I have with it is that the templates are pretty generic and since I don’t know much about website design I haven’t been able to make it look as polished as I wish, but for the cost I am pretty satisfied.

Just a commendation… Lailani is very helpful and patient in responding to my questions at Globat. They have been very helpful answering my questions whenever I had them. I signed up for their GX01 account and I have really liked the quantity and high quality of features that it has. I especially like playing around with GloBuild website builder.
