I have found their support to be great. Plus they have lots of free online tutorials that explain in easy details how to use the essential features of their CPanel. And the prices is VERY competitive. I have had situations where the server is busy due to maintenance or something but its usually just 10 minutes and only happens extremely rarely. That would be my only complaint. If you are a small business owner you would be crazy not to seriously consider Hostmonster.
