		<description>Let me first say that Inmotion has the best customer service. I purchased their pro package + domain name which they told me I could try for 90 days. I wasn&#039;t happy with the templates that they had so I cancelled the subscription before the 90 days. Inmotion failed to tell me that when I cancelled the subscription they were transferring me domain name to their parent company  Melbourne IT and the company is located in Australia. Inmotion told me I had to contact Melbourne IT to get my domain name registry key. When I contacted the company they told me they sent the registry key to my email on file which was my company email. Which wasn&#039;t true because I wasn&#039;t using my company email I was using my personal email for all correspondence. Yet all other emails from Inmotion and Melbourne keep coming to my personal email. When I contacted Melbourne they sent me a form to fill out and submit to them by mail or fax. By the way the fax number doesn&#039;t work. Keep your domain name close and good luck if you cancel with Inmotion.</description>

		<description>Inmotion has a top notch support team. I’m not trying to exclude anyone, but I do want to mention that one of their system administrators – XXXXXX – has patiently worked on an issue with the tomcat installation on my VPS.

I think most of the problem, probably all of it, was caused by me and I know from my old system administrator days how unpleasant it is to keep going back and fixing things that users mess up. I appreciate all of the hard work that your team has put into resolving my issue and I hope to cause less heartaches for them in the future, but it is good to know they are there.

I especially want to commend a tech by the name of XXXXXXX, without who&#039;s help this move would have caused me a nightmare scenario. But due to some quick strategic edits here and there, he was able to revive my shopping cart. He is hands down, the best tech I ever had the pleasure of working with. Not that anyone else was any less helpful, but I just wanted to point out his unique abilities.
I think they are well worth keeping and rewarding.
