I just wanted to report the support team is great at Inmotion Hosting. I send in a request for some help. And things are done and replied to me in minutes. AMAZING!!!… I tell my friends and family about Inmotion all the time…. Its no suprise they are #1

Inmotion has a top notch support team. I’m not trying to exclude anyone, but I do want to mention that one of their system administrators – XXXXXX – has patiently worked on an issue with the tomcat installation on my VPS.

I think most of the problem, probably all of it, was caused by me and I know from my old system administrator days how unpleasant it is to keep going back and fixing things that users mess up. I appreciate all of the hard work that your team has put into resolving my issue and I hope to cause less heartaches for them in the future, but it is good to know they are there.

I found InMotion, read wonderful reviews and I have to agree 100%. Your service and sales are wonderful. I want to thank everyone for great follow-up and most important…

InMotion goes beyond and gives a little extra care and support and that goes a long way. In the past, it seems like all I have heard is, “We dont do that, talk to your web developer, but I will take your money. Thank you”

Inmotion provides excellent work provided by their support team. From opening the account, to hammering out some technical problems, to installing the SSL cert, and having it all up and running by Monday was really a welcome relief from my previous providers. I especially want to commend a tech by the name of XXXXXXX, without who’s help this move would have caused me a nightmare scenario. But due to some quick strategic edits here and there, he was able to revive my shopping cart. He is hands down, the best tech I ever had the pleasure of working with. Not that anyone else was any less helpful, but I just wanted to point out his unique abilities.
I think they are well worth keeping and rewarding.

Inmotion hosting helped get our new site online in a timely manner. We were attracted to their cheap prices but then we were hooked by their quality service. We have been hosting with them for 7 months now.

I just wanted to drop you a line telling you how fantastic Inmotion’s tech support group is. Since we have switched over to InMotion I have abused your people a little with some relatively stupid questions and they have always been happy to help. With the big stuff they go above and beyond. I have been with many hosting companies over the last 10 years and yours is truly the best.
